Our new ESB Housing Management system

The upcoming G-cloud 13 release that is due to go-live on 9th November includes 28 listed ESB products, many of which are existing applications. However, this year’s release contains 5 new ESB products which will be available to purchase directly from the marketplace post go-live. One of the new products is our ESB housing management system.

Our ESB housing management product is a comprehensive cloud based application which provides authorities with the capability of recording complaints, managing inspections and HHSRS scoring. It also provides the functionality for authorities to create notices and enforcement actions within the system in the most efficient way possible, both in the office and out in the field.

Just like every other ESB product, it is designed in conjunction with local authorities to ensure it’s fit for purpose and meets every single expectation. Our software is guaranteed to save you both time and money.
